In order for everything to go as smoothly as possible, please update the new address before the order is placed.
If this is not possible, then follow the directions as follows:
For Cratejoy Users
Login to Cratejoy at cratejoy.com & edit your subscription address with Magickal Folk. Be sure you are updating the Magickal Folk subscription and not adding an unassigned address to your address book. Please delete your old address too!
For Magickal Folk Shop Users
Login to your account at Magickal Folk's website www.magickalfolkshop.com.
Delete your old address and add your new address in the address book of your Magickal Folk account. Then go in the subscription portal by clicking the "manage subscription" button within your account and edit the shipping and billing address associated with the subscription that needs to be updated. Once you add your new addresses and delete the old, our software will sync to the new address.

If you have an open order awaiting shipping, you will also have to log in and update your address in the shop so my shipping software syncs with the new address.
