Subscriptions work differently than regular online orders. I have a shipping window in which anyone can reserve their order for the current upcoming shipping batch. If you cancel your current order within that window and sign back up for a different one in the same month, then you will end up with both subscriptions, possibly even duplicates!
To ensure everything goes smoothly, don't make any changes until after your order has shipped and we have passed the monthly cutoff date but before you are billed for the next box.
Specifically for Magickal Folk Shop Subscribers
You can log in to your account and scroll down to the manage subscription button. that link will take you to the Magickal Folk Subscription Portal. Within that portal, you can click on your subscription tab and click swap. once you swap products, the subscription will renew on your next renewal as the new subscription.
You can also cancel and re-subscribe.
For Cratejoy subscribers
Log in to your Cratejoy account and manage your subscription from your account page.
