Subscription products work a bit differently than placing a regular online order. When you place a subscription order you are doing two things
- You are signing up for a reoccurring billing subscription.
- You are placing an order.
Cancelling a reoccurring subscription will not cancel the current order that has already been paid for - only prevent future orders from being placed.
The whole process can be confusing and I often see people subscribe then cancel so they only receive 1 box and I also see people subscribe then wish to cancel both the subscription and the order. Sometimes we order an extra kit by accident or even the wrong one! The variables are endless but in any case, we do not assume you want a refund when you cancel a subscription. You have to contact us!
Refunds are available if you contact me within 3 days of purchase!
